Fruit drink recipes

Start-up Vianat is the first producer of bioactive fruit and vegetable juices in Poland for which health claims can be applied, because prototypes of today's products have participated in clinical and nutritional studies under the EU's 'Bioactive Food' project. The main production assumption of Vianat is the creation of food based on excellent plant raw materials with high antioxidant potential and desirable health benefits. From 23 September 2018, the flagship bioactive chokeberry drink is a certified product in the Project of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship and the University of Life Sciences in Wrocław "Zielona Dolina Żywności i Zdrowia". Another project is to create a prototype of chokeberry juice with the addition of pickled beetroot juice. Beneficial lactic acid bacteria are formed during the ensiling process, the raw material subjected to this treatment is characterized by a high content of biologically active ingredients.<br><br> This juice was created for people struggling with diseases, among others of the cardiovascular, circulatory, civilization and cancer diseases, but also for preventive purposes, to protect the consumer's organism from falling ill with all kinds of diseases. However, the problem is to preserve the juice so that it retains the fullness of biologically active ingredients. Pasteurization is a temperature process in which degradation of unstable vitamins, minerals or other phyto-compounds. Research is currently underway on pasteurized chokeberry and pickled beet juice to avoid such a large loss of essential ingredients. 

This juice was created for people struggling with diseases, among others cardiovascular, circulatory, civilization diseases, primarily cancer, but also for preventive purposes to protect the consumer's organism from falling ill with all kinds of diseases. The Vianat start-up expects cooperation in the promotion of pro-health food in various age groups, from pre-school children to primary school students and adults.
