Offer, i.e. the purpose of the presentation
We expect candidates to be willing to learn and be enthusiastic about work. We form a small group, so it is very important to team up, communicate well and share similar values. Working in a team we set ourselves short and far-reaching goals, plan their implementation and separate projects. We try to make the tasks fit the skills of the person as much as possible, but we also expect openness to completely new, unconventional topics. Sometimes you have to learn a new research technique, and sometimes you have to create it. We are looking for biotechnology enthusiasts with a wide spectrum of interests. Work in Real Research means constant challenges and the opportunity to raise qualifications. The company is at an initial stage of development, thanks to which there are many possible career paths. Depending on the implemented projects, the work consists in approximately 25% of laboratory work, the other tasks are work on writing grants, making reports or searching for new business information and clients. In addition, the company is located in JCI buildings with access to the gym and sauna.
In short, we are looking for a biotechnological MacGyver 🙂
