We are also successful in the global medical gloves market, which is dominated by Asian companies. We are one of the two conglomerates in Europe and several in the world producing in Asia (we have a factory in Thailand) and distributing medical gloves. We are developing the existing product groups: non-woven and dressings, in September 2017 we launched a production plant for non-woven products in Poland.

The cradle of our 25 years of experience is Krakow. We respect and nurture the history and tradition of the countries and people we work with. At our headquarters in Poland, we work to support local communities, we take part in various social and revitalization projects that promote history and tradition.

  • Krakow, voivodeship Małopolskie - here is our heart and the Group's headquarters;
  • Stary Brześć (near Włocławek), voiv. Kujawsko-Pomorskie - here we have a Logistics Center and a Central Warehouse, from which products are delivered to the whole of Europe;
  • Pikutkowo (near Włocławek), province. Kujawsko - Pomorskie - here we launched a production plant for non-woven products;
  • Hat Yai, Thailand - our glove factory is very active in Thailand, we are currently building a second nitrile glove factory, which assumes a power increase of approx. 150%, i.e. up to three billion gloves per year;
  • Budapest, Hungary - the branch has been operating since 2004;
  • Kiev, Ukraine - The office has been operating since 2005;
  • Cluj-Napoca, Romania - The office has been operating since 2006;
  • Petersburg and Moscow, Russia - distribution started in 2012, the office has been operating since 2016;
  • Brno, Czech Republic - the office has been operating since 2015.

40% of employees work in the company for more than five years. 66% of managers are people who have received internal promotion. In the first half of 2017, we employed 23 people for newly created positions.


We know how important the first days are in a new place, so before the first day of work you receive from us an implementation program that includes a series of internal trainings to get to know the company and the processes taking place in it, the specifics of individual departments, company structure and organization. The trainings take place in the first days of employment, and the implementation supervisor is an employee of the Human Resources Department or a manager (depending on the location of the registered office).


Investing in human capital is perceived by us as a very important element of the personnel policy - the development of our company reflects the development and condition of our employees. We approach development programs individually and shape them together with the employee based on individual development talks. Among other things, annual training plans are built on this basis.


We are looking for candidates with chemical, economic, technical and humanistic preparation. We employ employees and cooperate with apprentices and trainees in areas such as: back office, sales and export, product and communication marketing, logistics, production, technology and quality control.

She completed postgraduate studies: Strategic Management and the European Model of Management at the Kozminski University in Warsaw.
For 10 years, she has been conducting trainings based on the Insights Discovery methodology, a graduate of the SET Group Coaching School in Katowice
12 years of experience in the HR department at Monier Braas as a Specialist, HR Manager, Personnel Director responsible for Eastern Europe and Turkey.
Since 2012, work in projects in the field of introducing personnel processes into the organization, personnel consultancy for the management of Polish companies, "difficult" recruitment, career coaching. From 2015 associated with Mercator Medical SA
