Praca w młodym dynamicznym startupie

The programme called Starting Platforms is a project co-financed by the European Union funds, which aims at preparing startup companies for entering the market by means of a complex incubation programme.
Participation in the programme allows for application for a grant in the amount of PLN 1,000,000.00 for marketing of a product.
The programme is directed to the originators or teams of originators who are going to start up a business in one of the following voivodships in Easter Poland: Lubelskie Voivodship, Podkarpackie Voivodship, Podlaskie Voivodship, Świętokrzyskie Voivodship and Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodship.
The Unicorn Hub starting platform supports especially projects from such industries as IT / ICT, medicine / public health, smart city / transport.

The project involves the participation in a 16-week incubation process, during which you will get:
1. Assistance of an Incubation Manager that is a person who coordinates the process of incubation of a startup company.
2. Basic services (including organisational support, work space, mentoring, accounting services, legal services, tax consultancy.)
3. Specialist services resulting from an iterative development map for a product, which is necessary for carrying out works on development of a new business idea (e.g. technical, technological, engineering, IT, design, marketing and legal) including testing and verification of ideas and concepts until an appropriate business model is developed. You can cooperate with 45 industry experts.
The result of participation in the programme is a verified, in market terms, business model and prepared MVP (minimum viable product.) You will show up investors from Venture Capitals etc. during Official Demo Day.
All activities are free of charge.
How does the incubation process look like?

Week 4: 2-day “Roadmap execution” meeting (another meeting dedicated to the project’s entire ecosystem), aiming primarily at “summarising the works to date”: and “planning further steps” — required attendance of min. 1 team member
Week 7: 1-day “Design Spring” workshop (for the entire ecosystem of the project) aiming at working on “the project status” as well as “creating and ideation” in terms of further stages of the incubation process — required attendance of min. 1 team member
